Meagan Batey, DVM

Dr. Batey grew up in the small town of Lascassas located outside of Murfreesboro, TN. She earned both her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science as well as her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. After vet school, she went on to complete a small animal rotating internship at Oklahoma State University in 2016.
Dr. Batey is fear-free certified and prefers to take a fear-free approach for all examinations.
Her special interests include behavior, senior care, and internal medicine.​​ In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.

Lizzie Moser, DVM

Dr. Moser grew up in Birmingham, AL and is a die hard Auburn fan as both her maternal and parental grandfathers attended the university, and her parents met there. She earned both her Bachelor's degree and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. She also met her husband, Luke, at Auburn during their freshmen year! They are happily married and live in Franklin with their two bluetick coonhounds, Bailey and Shug.
Dr. Moser is fear-free certified. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and hospice care.

When not working, she is either at the beach, cheering on all Auburn sports (and trying to attend as many games as possible), reading, working out, cooking/baking, or volunteering with her church.

Haylie Schmidt

Haylie was born in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to middle TN when she was 11 years old. She started working in veterinary medicine as soon as she graduated high school and has been in various roles within the profession ever since. She and her husband, Adam, live in Manchester, TN with their dogs, Kira and Glacier.
Haylie is fear-free certified, and has over 16 years experience. Her special interests include patient care, behavior, and surgery. Her hobbies include hiking, exploring outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her dogs and family.
