Things to Know
Prior to Booking:

As of Sept 3, 2025, we are now able to perform surgical procedures! Including but not limited to spays, neuters, and dentals.

​

Pre-op labwork is recommended prior to any anesthetic procedure (we would like labs to be up-to-date within 3 months of elected procedure).​

  • We are able to see pets in their homes or in the mobile unit - completely client/patient preference. Please just let us know prior to your appt time so we know how to proceed once we arrive.

    • Owners will be able to enter the mobile unit to be present for exam or can elect to stay inside 

    • For liability reasons, children will not be allowed on the mobile unit. 

  • ​All visits booked online will default as home visits which will always have a travel fee associated

  • We will be offering set location days during which owners can meet us at a set location (ie for tech appts such as nail trims etc). No travel fee will be associated w/set location days; however, those days will be determined by the clinic's availability and will be announced ahead of time.

    • These visits will not be able to be booked online as the location and days of the week will vary based on patient demand.​

How to book with us:

Appts can be booked via phone, email, or through our app! 

Online Booking:

- If you are using the app for booking and you do not see any availability in your area, PLEASE reach out to us via phone or email. The online booking app does not always reflect our open appt times accurately due to the blocking time in the app. It is very rare that we are unable to work our patients in within 24 hours of the requested appt time and more often than not, we are able to see them same day, especially if it is a sick visit.

Keep in Mind:

- We are a small business with limited staff, so please allow us 24 hours to respond to an appt request (regardless of request method).

- We try to be as efficient as possible within our daily travel radius; therefore, appointment request times are subject to change within a 2 hour period of said requested time depending on proximity of other appts scheduled within our radius.

- Your appt time will be confirmed 24-48 hours prior to the appt​ and should not change once confirmed.​

Please keep in mind we are not an urgent care facility and are unable to treat emergency cases

If this is an emergency, please contact one of the ER clinics listed.

Typical Flow of an Appt:

Clients are able to book appts with us via phone, email, or online booking.

  • Once the appt time is confirmed, clients receive a confirmation text including date and time of appt.

  • The day prior to the appt, we will email an estimate for the visit so our clients know what to expect.

    • NOTE: our emails initially go to the 'Spam' or 'Promotional' folders so we will also send a follow-up text so our clients know when to be on the look out.​

    • We are also happy to send estimates to any new patients prior to booking

Day of Appt

  • We will send a text notifying that we are on the way​

  • Clients will be able to choose in home visit or to bring their pet into the mobile clinic. We want our patients to be as comfortable as possible so are flexible with flow of appt.

  • If in home exams are elected, there is no set up required as we will bring all supplies with us including a table if needed

For Cats: we ask that our feline patients be placed in a small room or bathroom 30min prior to the appt time so they are easy to locate

  • This helps prevent stress that can be caused by pulling them out of hiding or chasing them.

  • For in home visits, we also use calming pheromones as well as treats to help cats acclimate to our presence which is easier to do in a more confined space

  • For mobile clinic visits, we create a calm environment within the unit w/soothing music, low lighting, and calming pheromones. Cats will be transported from their home to the mobile clinic in a carrier for safety purposes.

9am to 4pm

Surgery Days vary and when scheduled, will affect weekly days of operation

Closed on Weekends and Major Holidays​

Availability

Our email and phone are checked periodically throughout each weekday regardless of Mobile Hours (Mon-Fri; 8am-6pm)

 

However, we are unable to answer during appt times so please leave a voicemail (otherwise your call will not be returned)
